Ruchi Tiwari

Ruchi Tiwari migrated to the USA in 1997, with her husband and kids. Before that, Ruchi lives in Australia for a few years with her husband, where she was involved in retail, and is originally from Jabalpur, MP in India.

Due to her academic excellence, she was awarded a gold medal when she received her M.S. in Chemistry from Rani Durgawati University in Jabalpur. Alongside academics, she was very active in sports and represented her university and home state in a national cricket team. Currently, she resides in New Jersey and is a franchisee to a retail Business with a sales volume of $2+ MM. additionally she has investments in other retail businesses and a real-estate portfolio. She is a strong advocate of helping the environment and therefore initiated this project with her other business partners to decrease the amount of Plastic waste that ends up in our oceans and landfills.

Omerkiam Baksh

Managing Director and Co founder

Omerkiam Baksh is an American born chiropractic physician and entrepreneur. He is born to parents who came to the United States in the 1970s. His mother is of Filipino descent, while his father is from Trinidad and Tobago.

He advocates positive lifestyle changes. He is a board-certified chiropractic physician that also expressed interest in helping the environment in positive ways while continuing his clinical practice. His focus is to bring more awareness to the pollution that is caused by plastic use and the impact that it is having on people, the environment, and wildlife. In addition, he hopes to expand his focus of patient care to living a healthier lifestyle, which leads to an improved quality of life.

He is the Clinic Director of Sun-Up Chiropractic and Physical Therapy, in Jersey City, NJ. Omer has been in private practice since 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. He is board-certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and holds licenses in New Jersey, Florida, and New York. He is also certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia.

Edgardo F Galleno

Executive Director of Sales

Edgardo Galleno, originally a Southern California native, has served the New Jersey residents throughout the State as an attorney for the past 15 years. Mr. Galleno has represented clients in an array of legal proceedings that have included over ten oral arguments before the distinguished New Jersey Appellate Division.

Aside from providing legal services, Edgardo constantly looks for ways to give back to his community and ensure we continue to shape our future generations of leaders. He has served the Academy for Urban Leadership Charter School by volunteering his time on the Board of Trustees for five years, with the past two years as Board President. Edgardo Galleno attended Pomona College, a prestigious liberal arts college located in Claremont, California, before attending The George Washington University Law School, consistently ranked in the top 20 best law schools in the country.

While at law school, Mr. Galleno clerked at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice under the then highest-ranking Latino attorney in the Department of Justice. Subsequently, Mr. Galleno clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Whittier Branch. During his first year out of law school, Mr. Galleno completed a judicial clerkship with the late Honorable Hector DeSoto, J.S.C., in Essex County.

Mr. Galleno is married to Raquel Galleno, a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young, L.L.P., and lives in Middlesex.

Jatin Patel

Director of Logistics

Jatin Patel migrated to the U.S.A. in 2015 from Gujrat, India, where he used to manage his family business of Tobacco Trading, which expanded to a multi-crore business in his State and the neighboring States.

He currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children and is the head of sales operations and manages a team of sales associates for Ruchi’s retail businesses. He is also an advocate of keeping our earth clean by decreasing the amount of plastic waste that is generated by our daily use and wants to create this awareness in the retail industry.

Priya Sood

Director of Business Development

Priya is a business executive and alumni of Rutgers University in 2009 with a degree in Economics. She has over ten years of diverse experience in business & technology innovation and a strong background in the health and wellness sector.

Priya’s long-standing desire for health and wellness fostered a deeper passion when a close family member was diagnosed with a terminal illness. She vowed to live a more environmentally friendly and health-conscious lifestyle, setting out on a mission into the research of natural health-healing foods and non-toxic, eco-friendly household products. This ultimately led her to become a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach through the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition, located in New York City.

Her ambitious and healthy conscious lifestyle caught the eye of Dr. Omerkiam Baksh. While hosting a multi-specialty networking event, this chance encounter between Priya and Dr. Baksh grew into a mutually respectful, business-minded relationship where they both shared a passion for creating and living a non-toxic, environmentally friendly lifestyle.

When Priya is not advocating for an eco-friendly lifestyle, she is passionately pursuing her interest in cooking, yoga, travel, and personal development.

Craig Caracappa

Sales and Marketing

Craig Caracappa a native born New Yorker and business owner, has a strong ambition to help the environment and people in every and anyway he can. He has a strong background in business, economics, and accounting.

Craig being a construction business owner/operator of Gabrielle Contracting of New Jersey, he has always desired to do his part to help the environment. He looks to recycle all construction materials such as wood, metals, and other building materials by reclaiming and use on ongoing and future projects to reduce waste. He has made these personal and business practices a priority within doing business to make a difference in the environment through action not just talking about doing something.

Craig knowing where his materials come from for his business keeps him alert to his responsibility to be an eco-friendly company.
